SMA Foundation, Inc.
The primary purpose of the SMA Foundation, Inc., as stated in its Articles of Incorporation, are exclusively educational, scientific and charitable. In furtherence of these purposes, the objective of the Corporation shall be to solicit and receive contributions to establish and fund academic scholarships for students involved in military programs sponsored by academically accredited schools, academies, institutes, colleges, and universities to perpetuate the SMA name. Contributions and donations may also be used for expenses related to Permitted Projects (e.g., SMA Memorial Wall, SMA-VWIL Museum).
SMA Alumni Association, Inc.
The primary purpose of the SMA Alumni Association, is as stated in paragraph (b) of the Articles of Incorporation. Membership dues are used to support operating expenses of the SMA Alumni Association office, publish the SMA Alumni Newsletter (Kablegram), and help support the SMA Alumni Annual Reunion.
